Temporary Building Permit* This field is required.A temporary building permit is only for work at or below grade, and only for projects that have already started their 2nd cycle of review, and issued for new ground up construction and allows an early construction start of a portion of the building/structure before the plans and specifications for the entire project have been approved for permit.
